A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Syrah , this 2021 vintage is vinified separately for each grape variety, with a gentle maceration of 2 to 3 weeks followed by extended aging in oak barrels (up to 24 months), resulting in a powerful yet refined structure.
