Description
Located on the Côte des Bar, the Germar Breton estate produces a Champagne with character, driven by the structure of Pinot Noir and the elegance of Chardonnay. Coming from a clay-limestone terroir and benefiting from prolonged aging on lees, this Brut is distinguished by its exemplary maturity and bubbles of great finesse.
The nose is open and elegant, blending notes of white-fleshed fruit (pear, apple) with delicious hints of brioche and hazelnut. On the palate, the wine offers a perfect balance between vinosity and freshness. The attack is clear, revealing a fleshy substance supported by a saline freshness and a lemony acidity that energize the finish.
