Calouk is a free and expressive cuvée from the Les Terres Dubien estate, crafted using organic and biodynamic farming in the Médoc. This blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon offers a lively and sincere red, driven by natural winemaking with low inputs.
The nose reveals delicious aromas of crisp black fruits, ripe cherry, blackcurrant, and sweet spices, accompanied by a fresh and slightly wild herbal touch. The palate is supple, juicy, and easy-drinking, with fine tannins and a lovely energy that make the wine particularly convivial.
