This single malt is the signature of the Benromach distillery, one of the smallest distilleries in Scotland, whose raison d'être is to produce single malts in the old way.

Slightly peated , it comes from the blending of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks, all first fill.

The result is a cereal and fruity single malt, enhanced by a smoky note.

Of great finesse, it combines the typical notes of sherry (stewed fruits, toffee or black cherry), with a fresh character, marked by aromas of vanilla or orchard fruits.
