Adriatico represents a new generation of Amaretto liqueur. It is produced from 100% natural Italian ingredients, including almonds from Puglia.

Harvested by hand, the almonds are roasted for a long time before being macerated and distilled, then combined with notes of vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa, and a hint of coffee. Finally, a pinch of salt sourced directly from the Margherita di Savioa salt pan adds a delicate touch, reminiscent of the nearby Adriatic Sea.

The result is an Amaretto that's half as sweet as a traditional Amaretto, with a lovely floral touch. It's smooth and luscious on the palate, with notes of almond, caramel, and a hint of salt.
