Polugar N°1 Rye & Wheat is a Polish artisanal vodka inspired by the old Russian "bread-wine," produced by Rodionov & Sons Private Distillery. It is made from a mash of rye and wheat , distilled three times in copper pot stills, filtered through birch charcoal, and finished with egg whites.

Nose: fresh bread, rye, herbs, woody notes.

Palate: silky texture, soft-light, nuances of wheat bread, warm rye, wheat honey , fresh grass.

Finish: long , mineral, with notes of toast and black pepper.

Enjoy it neat, slightly chilled (around 10-12°C) in a tulip glass, or in cocktail form: Manhattan, Cosmopolitan or revisited Mule.
