Paul 2023, Magnum - Domaine Saladin

The Paul cuvée is a tribute to the old vines of Uncle Paul, Louis Saladin's older brother. These vines, over 50 years old, are a family treasure.

First produced in 2006, this wine is the result of natural winemaking , without additives, and a unique Ardèche terroir, bordered by cypress and almond trees.

Nose : Aromas of ripe red fruits (raspberry, cherry), spicy and floral notes, with a touch of garrigue.

Palate : Supple and fruity attack, melted tannins, long and fresh finish, typical of old Grenache.
