Domaine Chermette is a family-run winery dating back to the 17th century, located in Saint-Vérand, in the southern Beaujolais region . Taken over in 2023 by Jean-Etienne Chermette, the estate combines tradition and modernity to produce quality wines while innovating with new grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Viognier, Syrah) and modernizing the estate's image.

This vintage perfectly captures the essence of Beaujolais Nouveau while remaining natural and subtly expressing its aromas. Hand- harvested, traditional Beaujolais winemaking with maceration Semi-carbonic maceration of whole bunches with indigenous yeasts. This is followed by 1 month aging in stainless steel tanks.
