Rosé des prés 2024 - Chêne Lassolle

A small estate of 3.2 ha nestled in Romestaing in the Lot-et-Garonne, Chêne Lassolle embodies artisanal viticulture that respects nature.
Created in 2022 by Dominique and Thierry Barrault-Tassaux , it perpetuates the biodynamic spirit of the place to produce living, sincere wines imbued with their terroir , made from old South-West grape varieties such as Abouriou or Sauvignon gris .

Rosé des prés 2024 is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon fermented from indigenous yeasts and aged in stainless steel tanks.

A lovely aromatic rosé with notes of strawberry and violet , and a slightly mentholated finish.
