Grape Handful 2022, Magnum - Gramenon
Grape Handful 2022, Magnum - Gramenon
Côtes du Rhône - Red - 14.0 % - 150 cL
Created in 1999, the Poignée de Raisins cuvée is the most indulgent expression of Grenache grown on the high limestone plateaus of Gramenon, at nearly 300 m altitude.
The vines, which are about thirty years old, are cultivated without chemical inputs and harvested manually.
The winemaking process is natural , using indigenous yeasts, with short maceration and aging in concrete tanks , without filtration or fining.
The 2022 vintage , sunny but balanced, gives a joyful, juicy and fresh wine, true to the Gramenon style: energy, purity and drinkability .
A vibrant nose of fresh red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry), garrigue and sweet spices .
On the palate, the wine is supple, round, luscious, carried by crisp fruit and a fine peppery texture.
A delicate, fresh and slightly licorice-like finish, with great digestibility.
