Le Carré des Fantômes – Domaine d'Aurensan is a unique single-vineyard Armagnac that celebrates the rebirth of the almost extinct "ghost" grape varieties of the Armagnac AOC (Plant de Graisse, Meslier St François, Mauzac blanc and rosé, Jurançon blanc and Clairette de Gascogne) planted together in a singular plot called Le Carré des Fantômes : a rare and historic approach inspired by pre-phylloxera practices.

Distilled according to Gascon tradition and then slowly aged in oak barrels, this "Triple Zero" Armagnac is produced without the addition of sugar, colour or artificial dilution , which gives it an unprecedented authenticity and proximity to the raw material.

In the glass, it reveals itself with an expressive and delicate nose , then a powerful and fresh attack on the palate where notes of fleshy and juicy fruits (pear, apricot, peach) intertwine before evolving towards sweeter nuances of honey and linden blossom , offering a surprising and refined aromatic richness.
