White Cuckoo 2023 - Elian Da Ros

Coucou Blanc 2023 by Elian Da Ros is an original and expressive dry white wine produced in the Côtes du Marmandais appellation, where organic and biodynamic viticulture highlights the terroir and grape varieties.

This cuvée combines Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Sémillon , slowly pressed and then carefully aged in foudres and concrete eggs for about 19 months , which gives it a great aromatic richness and a superb texture.

On the nose, it develops floral and exotic fruit aromas , underscored by a lively and elegant freshness. On the palate, the attack is tangy, unfolding into a full, fresh, and harmonious texture, with notes of citrus, white pepper, and mirabelle plum that bring both indulgence and character.
