The palate is refreshing with its lemony acidity and notes of citrus and fresh white fruit.\u003cbr\u003e\n It pairs well with roasted fish with garlic and fresh herbs, a slice of grilled tuna, chicken skewers in the style of Chichtaouk, a bowl of tagliatelle with oil, capers and pecorino cheese, or a piece of sheep's cheese.
